BODYPUMPis a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

PILATES training can be widely used as a preventative tool to keep the joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons in an injury free condition.

It can be used to treat clients recovering from work or sport related injuries that are acute, chronic or as a result of overuse. It is also an excellent tool for clients who have a sedentary, desk based work environment with poor body mechanics and muscular strains related to postural dis-alignments and stress.
