Dr. Brent A. Williams was appointed the Chief Medical Director of Hope Healthcare in 2005. Previously, he attended both the Pacific Union College in California and the Collegio Chemistry, Biology and Spanish. In 1998, he graduated from California's Loma Linda Adventista de Sagunto in Spain before earning his Bachelor of the Arts degree in University with a Doctorate of Medicine.

Dr. Williams then completed a 3-year internship and residency in the Department of Family and Preventative Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. From 2001 to 2005, he served as an assistant professor in the same faculty.

Dr. Williams boasts a rich history of hospital appointments. Beginning in 2001, he was appointed to both Emory University and Emory Healthcare, Incorporated, in Atlanta, and respectively. He has been appointed to the Bermuda Hospital Board since 2002; Dr. Williams also served on the Board of Directors of the Bermuda Health and Cancer Resource Centre from Tanner Health System in Carrollton, Georgia. These ended in 2005 and 2006, 2008 to 2012.

Dr. Williams currently holds licensure from both the Georgia State Board and the Bermuda Medical Council. He was licensed by the American Board Family Practice in 2001. Fully bilingual, he is happy to provide care in Spanish.
